摘要
基于3GS(GPS,GIS,GPRS)技术提出了一种具有高速公路全线交通监控系统的设计方案,对该系统的功能、物理框架和逻辑框架进行了设计。重点分析了基于3GS的交通信息采集技术、基于人工智能的交通信息处理技术、交通拥挤判别与交通事件检测技术以及交通控制与诱导技术等交通状态监控的关键技术。研究表明:以3GS技术为手段,可以实时、准确、全面、直观地采集、传输与显示全路网的交通运行状况信息,能够实现快速、准确地判定交通拥挤和交通事件的发生以及交通拥挤类型、拥挤状态和拥挤排队长度,能够对拥挤条件下的交通流实行有效地控制与诱导。
Based on 3GS(GPS, GIS, GPRS)technology, a design of the Freeway Traffic Surveillance and Control System is put forward,which having the functions of data collection, processing and display etc on the whole route. The functions and the physic and the logic frameworks of the system are worked out further.Specially, this paper emphasizes the key technologies of traffic running state surveillance and control that include the collection technology of traffic information based on 3GS, the processing technology of traffic information based on artificial intelligence, the detection means of traffic incident based on single vehicle and of traffic congest based on traffic flow, and the technology of traffic control and inducement. The results of study indicates that on the whole route, the information of traffic running state can be collected, transmitted and displayed promptly, accurately, entirely congestion appearance can be well and truly. Along with the as well as intuitively by detected quickly and the 3GS technology. Furthermore, the traffic incident and type and state of traffic congestion can be recognized, traffic flow in traffic congestion can be controlled and induced effectively.
