摘要
湖北经济发展落后的主要原因是未能突破发展模式的路径依赖。为此借鉴“苏南模式”、“温州模式”和“珠江模式”等经济发展模式的经验,构想了湖北经济发展的新模式“荆楚模式”及其内涵与特征,并对培育和形成“荆楚模式”的条件与障碍进行分析,提出培育“荆楚模式”的政策建议。
Being unable to break away from the path dependence on the development model is the principal reason for Hubei＇s backward economic development. On the basis of drawing on the experience of development models of ＂South Jiangsu Model＂, ＂Wenzhou model ＂, ＂Pearl River model＂ , this paper presents a new model ＂Jingchu Model＂ for the local economic development with its connotation and characteristics. It analyses the conditions and obstacles to cultivate and form ＂Jingchu Model＂, and puts forward the policy suggestions to achieve ＂Jingchu Model＂.
