摘要
观察45例(4组)原发性脑肿瘤的免疫组化研究发现:增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和Ki67抗原(Ki-67)阳性率均为100%,两种阳性细胞密度均随肿瘤恶性程度增加而升高,并与肿瘤体积呈正相关,两种阳性细胞密度间也呈正相关,各肿瘤组PCNA阳性细胞密度均高于同组Ki-67阳性细胞密度。提示PCNA和Ki-67表达水平均能较客观地反应脑肿瘤的增殖速度和恶性程度。PCNA能用于石蜡切片是检测增殖期细胞更实用的标记物。
Forty-five primary brain tumors of different histological types were studied by immunohistochemically. The positive rates of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA ) and Ki-67 were 100%. Both the densities of PCNA+ and Ki67+ tumor cells rose along with the increase of tumor malignancy and showed a positive correlation with the size of the tumor. There was also positive correlation between the densities of PCNA+ and Ki-67+ tumor cells. However,the density of PCNA+ tumor cells was higher than that of Ki-67+ cells in every group of brain tumors. The above results suggest that the levels of PCNA and Ki-67 expression can objectively reflect proliferative rate and malignancy of the brain tumors. Because PCNA can be used in staining the section of tissue fixed by formalin and paraffin embedded,it is a more practical marker in determining proliferating cells.
