摘要
目的：探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗异常子宫出血的疗效。方法：应用连续灌流式宫腔镜，对66例异常子宫出血患者进行宫腔镜电切手术治疗。结果：术后随访66例2个月-2年，月经改善率96．96％。结论：宫腔镜电切术治疗因功能失调性子宫出血，子宫黏膜下肌瘤及子宫内膜息肉所致的异常子宫出血，近期疗效高，并发症少。
Objective： to approach the curative effect of hysteroscopy curing uterus bleeding. Methods： to use continuous filling flows hysteroscope to cure the 66 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Results： After the operation the 66 cases were followed up by regular visits from 2 to 24 months,96.96% of the cases menses was improved. Conclusion： Hysteroscope electric resection is an effective and the most valuable procedure in treating endometrial disease. The curative effects of endometrial lesions ablation such as dysfunctional uterin bleeding ,submucous myom and endometrial polyps with electrosurgery were better to the polyps patients. It has less complications and better curative effects.
