上海市徐汇区全科服务团队人力资源现况分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解上海市徐汇区全科服务团队人力资源现况,为全科服务团队今后的可持续发展提供依据和建议。方法采用普查法对徐汇区现有的60个全科服务团队进行现况调查,调查内容包括:全科服务团队成员性别、年龄、学历、职称和培训情况。结果徐汇区全科服务团队成员平均年龄为43.4岁,以50-59岁为主(34.5%);全科医师、护理人员、公共卫生医师人数之比约1∶0.61∶0.66;成员学历以中专为主(42.6%);职称水平以初级为主(56.6%);团队成员接受理论和技能培训的比例分别为80.4%和75.5%。结论徐汇区全科服务团队成员年龄和医护比例不尽合理;专业构成亟待优化;学历和职称水平有待提高;团队成员理论和技能培训应进一步加强。 Objective To know the present state of human resources in general practitioner service team in Xuhui district of Shanghai and find the problems in these aspects, so as to provide warrant and advice for its sustainable development. Methods The method of cross - sectional census was used, all the 60 teams filled in the questionnaires of human resources and the data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. Results The general practioner service team had a large proportion of female, and the mean age was 43.4. The educational background and the professional level of the team needed improvement. The nursing staff had a low proportion, and the ratio between the general practitioner and the nurse was 1 : 0. 61. Conclusion The human resource of the general practioner service team needs optimized in several aspects.
