摘要
通过对某会展中心展览厅钢结构工程的实践与研究,提出了合理的钢箱梁焊接变形控制方案,对钢箱梁的焊接工艺进行整体优化,选择专用的工装、胎架夹具和采取有效的预防措施控制焊接及各方面的变形以达到控制精度、满足工程质量的要求。通过完工后对钢箱梁的检测,各项技术指标均达到设计要求,表明在研究实践中所采取的各项措施均产生了预期效果。
A reasonable scheme for controlling the through the research on the practical steel structure welding deformation of the steel box beam is put forward of an exhibition hall of certain exposition centre. An overall optimization about the welding technology of the steel box beam is proceeded. The selection of specialized frocks and jigs as well as the effective precautious measures are the resultful means in controlling the welding deformation,achieving the construction precision and meeting the quality requirement of the project. The checking against the steel box beam after completing the project proves that various measures taken bring the expected effect, since each technical index of the design requirement is reached.
