摘要
通过分析现有石材加工设备的功能结构特点,运用模块化设计原理进行模块划分和分类编码,并在此基础上开发了石材加工设备功能模块数据库管理系统。该系统人机界面友好,操作简单,可以准确、有效地对各模块进行管理。其产业化实施,可优化资源组合、缩短产品设计和制造周期。
On the analysis of the function and structure characteristics of the existing equipments for stone material processing, module partition and code system have been established by the principle of modularization design. Database management system of functional modules with friendly human-machine interface and convenient operation has been developed in the paper, to achieve the accurate and effective management of each module. The industrialization of the system can optimize resources, shorten product design and manufacture cycle.
