摘要
在对首都医科大学附属朝阳医院学科建设的现状进行分析和理性思考的基础上,论述了医院加强学科建设应采取的的措施,提出了学科建设的近期和中期目标。指出依靠科技进步,医、教、研紧密结合,相互促进,是提升医院竞争能力,实现可持续发展的有效途径。
Based on the analysis of discipline construction in affiliated Chaoyang hospital of capital medical university, measures and goals of discipline construction were presented. Based on the technology development, education and research, the core competition could be improved and sustainable development could be achieved.
