摘要
通过对水碗零件的工艺分析,完成了模具结构设计。介绍了注射模的具体结构及模具工作过程、分型面与浇注系统的设计、成型零件工作部分尺寸计算,并对导向机构和冷却系统进行了说明。
Through the technical analysis of bowl part, the design of the die structure of the bowl was made. The specific structure, working process, the design of parting-line and gating system of injection mould and the size calculation of the molding part working portion were introduced. The guide mechanism and cooling system of the mould were also explained.
