摘要 大学校园文化是文化建设的重要内容,是提升我国文化实力的重要支撑。重新审视校园文化立校、兴校的重大作用是当前的一项重大课题。明确大学校园文化的使命和主体、把握大学校园文化的建设方向是深化校园文化研究的切入点。大学校园文化承担着凝练、传承、发扬民族文化,选择、规范、整合时代文化,以及倡导、发展、引领创新文化的艰巨责任和重大使命。大学校园文化的主体不仅包括教师和学生,大学的管理者和后期服务人员在校园文化中也具有举足轻重的作用。大学校园文化的建设必须坚持中国特色社会主义文化的方向,并不断地提炼其科学性、时代性、民族性、开放性、创新性以及和谐性。在当前形势下,要充分挖掘大学校园文化的塑人、凝聚、引领价值,凸显大学校园文化的特色,从环境建设提升到文化建设,从而实现从一般校园文化向和谐校园文化的跨越发展。 As an important component of the whole, the construction of university campus culture can provide great support to raising Chinas cultural force. University campus culture bears the great responsibility and mission of condensing, carrying on and extending traditional national culture, selecting, standardizing and integrating contemporary culture, and initiating, developing and directing new culture. Not only the teachers and students, but also the administrative staff and service personnel play important roles in campus culture construction. The construction of campus culture must adhere to the orientation of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and further refine its scientific nature and features representing the times being and the nationality, as well as the spirit of opening-up, creativeness and harmony. At present, attention should be paid to the role of the campus culture in fostering personality, concentrating various forces and directing the viewpoint of value. At the same time, the specific features of each university's campus culture should be protruded and the emphasis be shifted from environment construction to culture construction so as to realize the leap forward in developing harmonious campus culture.
