摘要
目的比较文拉法辛缓释剂与舍曲林治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法60例符合CCMD-3中抑郁发作的诊断标准的患者,随机分为文拉法辛组与舍曲林组,疗程6w,汉密尔顿抑郁量表和临床疗效总评量表评定临床疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应。结果文拉法辛缓释剂和舍曲林治疗抑郁症的疗效无显著性差异,副反应小。结论文拉法辛缓释剂和舍曲林治疗抑郁症安全有效,依从性高,可作于抑郁症患者的急性期和巩固期治疗。
Objective To compare the venlafaxine extended release with sertraline in the treatment of depression efficacy and safety. Methods Sixty patients with depression were randomly divided into venlafaxine group and mapmtiline group for 6 weeks, the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale and the Clinical global impression scale for the clinical efficacy, Deputy Scale for adverse reactions. Results Between venlafaxine extended release and sertraline in the treatment of depression there was no significant difference and little side-effect. Conclusion Venlafaxine extended release and sertraline treatment ,of depression safe and effective compliance, for depression patients in the acute phase of treatment and period of consolidation.
