摘要
目的探讨化疗患者静脉保护的有效方法。方法将94例行静脉化疗的患者随机分两组,观察组:在化疗开始时将马铃薯切成片涂擦于穿刺点近心端沿血管走行皮肤,化疗中间更换1次。联合使用新鲜芦荟汁每日3次涂擦化疗血管。对照组:静脉化疗时穿刺处未用任何方法外敷。结果观察组与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论芦荟和马铃薯联合使用对化疗患者的静脉的保护效果明显,且取材方便、简单易行,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effective methods of venous protection on chemotherapy patients. Methods 94 patients with venous chemotherapy were divided into 2 groups, experimental group with 47 and control group with 47. Experimental group, pieces of fresh potatoes were placed along the puncture,after the venous chemotherapy,fresh aloe was placed three times everyday along the puncture area. Control group; Nothing was placed in the control group. Results The comparison between the experimental group and the control group was significant. （P 〈0. 005） Conclusions Protection venous with fresh aloe and pieces of potato is effective to chemotherapy patients. It could be widely used because the materials are easy and convenient to obtain.
