摘要
探讨血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)基因插入/缺失(I/D)多态性与高血压患者左室肥厚的关系。方法用多聚酶链式反应(PCR)方法检测61例高血压患者ACE基因16内含子中Alu重复片段的I/D情况,按其存在与否将患者分为插入型纯合子(II),缺失型纯合子(DD)或杂合子(ID)3组。对不同组间血压(BP)、体重指数(BMI)和左室重量指数(LVMI)进行比较。结果ACE基因II、ID、DD3种不同基因型患者的BP和BMI虽相似,但ACE基因DD型者LVMI明显高于I型者(P<0.05)。结论ACE基因I/D多态性与高血压患者左室肥厚程度相关,可能是左室肥厚发生的遗传学基础之一。
Objective\ To Study the association between insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) gene and left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertension patients.\ Methods\ The insertion/deletion of an Alu repeated fragment in 16 intron of ACE gene was detected in 61 hypertension patients by polymorphase chain reaction(PCR).\ The patients were classified as homozygotes for the insertion(II),homozygotes for the deletion(DD) or heterozygotes(ID) according to its presence or absence.\ Blood pressure(BP),body mass index(BMI) and left ventricular mass index(LVMI) were compared among different groups.\ Results\ BP,BMI were similar in the patients of the three genotype classes(II,ID,DD).\ But the patients with DD genotype had a marked higher LVMI than those with II genotype(P<0.05).\ Conclusion\ ACE I/D polymorphism is associated with the degree of left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertension patients and perhaps is a genetic basis of left ventricular hypertrophy.
