摘要
充分利用社会资源，建立非直属附属医院，是提高我国高等医学教育质量和办学效益的重要途径。如何加强非直属附属医院建设，尽快使其成为有教育能力、教育规模的临床实践教学主干基地，是当前高等医学教育研究的重要课题，同时对解决医学教育资源短缺有着重要的现实意义。
It is an important approach to enhance the quality and interest level of China higher medical education with making the best of social resource to build the non-subordinate clinical medical school under medical university. Strengthening the non-subordinate clinical medical school＇ s construction, making it form the clinical teaching base of the competence of teaching technology and education scale as soon as possible, are the important subject in the current higher medical education. At the same time, they also are of practical significance to resolve the deficiency of medical education resources.
