摘要
护理教育是护理人力资源供给和质量提高的重要途径，为了保证护理人力资源数量和质量的供给，加强护理教育研究和探索是十分必要的。通过分析我国护理人力资源和护理教育状况发现，我国护理教育在层次结构、培养规模、教育质量等方面都存在着一定的问题，对此提出了相关的建议。
The nursing education is a way for the supply and the enhancing quality of the nursing human resource. It is necessary to study and explore the nursing education. This article discovers some defects of the nursing education in our country through analyzing the nursing human resource and education, and gives some proposals to develop the nursing education of our country.
