摘要
首先提出陶瓷厂全数字化管理的概念,详细介绍了整套管理系统的构成,并分析其对国内建筑陶瓷生产的重要意义以及带来的经济和社会效益。文中还使用CAD技术完成了全数字化综合管理系统中产品烧成的自动控制系统的辊道窑高温带数字化建模及CFD数值仿真计算,结果肯定了陶瓷厂数字化操作思路的可行性。
This paper proposes the definition of numerical management system for ceramic tile factories at first, and then introduces the eonstitud of the system as well as analyses the important role on the development of ceramic tile industry and the economic and social benefits in our country, The CAD and CFD techniques are used to give the 3-dimension model and the simulation for the roller kiln in this paper, It is shown that the idea of numerical management system present in this paper is reasonable.
