摘要
阐述了凸轮泵的结构和工作原理,分析了转子型线的设计要求,应用复极矢量函数建立了转子理论型线和实际型线的数学模型.在此基础上,采用数值积分方法分析了凸轮泵的理论排量、容积利用系数等特性.利用Matlab编制了凸轮泵的理论排量、容积利用系数的计算和转子型线的绘制程序,并给出了设计实例.得出了转子的设计参数对转子型线和容积利用系数的影响.验证了方法的有效性.
The structure and principle of lobe pump are described. The demand of design for lobe pump's rotor profile is expounded. The mathematical model for calculating rotor's theoretical profile and actual profile is established with complex vector function. On this basis, the theoretical flow and effective volumetric rate are calculated with digital integration. An example is given for calculating the theoretical flow and effective volumetric rate and plotting rotor's profile with Matlab. And the effects of rotor basic parameters on rotor's profile and effective volumetric rate are analyzed. The effectiveness of above analytical approach is verified.
