粘附分子与系统性红斑狼疮

摘要 粘附分子（adhesion molecules，AM）是指介导细胞与细胞间或细胞与基质间相互接触和结合的一类分子，大都为糖蛋白，分布于细胞表面或细胞外基质（extracellular matrix，ECM）中。粘附分子以配体受体相对应的形式发挥作用，导致细胞与细胞间、细胞与基质间或细胞-基质-细胞之间的粘附。
