摘要
乘客出行信息系统是城市轨道交通信息系统的重要组成部分,对提高乘客满意度、改善乘车秩序和减少事故发生具有重要作用。为提供良好的乘客信息服务,必须要明确乘客在不同出行阶段的具体信息需求。采用归纳分析和现场调查相结合的方式,对城市轨道交通乘客出行信息的需求进行系统研究,提出相应的对策,为完善乘客出行信息系统和进一步提升城市轨道交通的服务质量提供必要的支持。
As an important part of traffic information service system, the passenger travel information system plays an important role in satisfying passengers, improving the boarding order and reducing accidents. Defining the passengers＇ concrete demands in the course of their travel is the prerequisite for formulating an excellent travel information system, This paper studies the passenger travel information demands of urban rail transit by means of analysis and investigation, and presents the corresponding strategies,This research is expected to offer essential support for working out a passenger travel information system and improving urban rail transit service.
