摘要
以南方某水库水为试验原水,采用正交试验方法,对影响臭氧-生物活性炭(O3-BAC)工艺运行效果的因素进行了系统分析。研究建立了多指标综合评分,并对预臭氧投加量、聚合氯化铝(PAC)投加量、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投加量、主臭氧投加量和主臭氧分配比例五个变量进行了分析,确定了系统优化运行方案;结果表明,主臭氧的投加量及其分配比例对系统的运行效果具有显著性影响。
In this study,analyses of the factors influencing the operation results of O3-biological activated carbon(O3-BAC) system were made in a typical city of south China which uses reservoir water as raw water, and orthogonal test was used in this study. A multi-index comprehensive evaluation system was established. Five influencing variables in O3-BAC system, preozonation dosage, poly aluminum chloride(PAC) dosage, polyacrylamide (PAM) dosage , ozonation dosage and ozonation distribution ratio were analyzed. Further the optimal operating program in O3-BAC system were determined. The results show that ozonation dosage, as well as ozonation distribution ratio has significant effects to this system.
