摘要
柴胡为一常用中药,其主要活性成份为柴胡皂苷,对该成分药理作用的进一步揭示不断有新的发现和突破,本文综述近年来柴胡皂苷的药理研究状况,以期对柴胡皂苷开发及临床应用有所启迪.
Radix bupleuri is a common Chinese medicinal herb. Saikosaponin is the primary component of Radix bupleuri. New discoveries and breakthroughs have been made continuously in the pharmacological function of Saikosaponin. The review summarizes the pharmacological research of Saikosaponin in recent years, and may serves as the guidance for the development and clinic application of Saikosaponin.
