摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对全国25所高校民族传统体育专业教师的数量现状、结构现状、科研现状进行研究,结合历史原因、社会现实,对现状进行分析,并就如何改善高校民族传统体育专业师资现状,提出相应的对策。
