摘要
“公司+农户”是我国推进农业产业化的主要组织形式,但是在这种模式的实际运行中却普遍存在着合同履约率低的问题。究其本质,公司与农户能否保持稳定合作关系的关键还是在于其间的经济利益能否得到合理和有效的分配。通过博弈模型对公司与农户合作时彼此之间的收益分配进行分析,从理论上对影响公司与农户之间合约稳定性的因素进行探讨,为制定相关的农业产业化经营政策提供理论依据和实践导向。
The coordination between agri - business and farmer is one of the earliest agricultural industrialization forms. Essentially, the stability of the coordination relies on rational interests distribution between the cooperators. The paper applied Rubinstein Barging Model to analyze the factors determining the interests distribution and give a theoretic explanation to the stability of the coordination, and provide political suggestions for the agricultural industrialization establishment.
