家兔急性肺血栓栓塞模型的制备及其影像学表现 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨采用家兔自体血凝块建立急性肺血栓栓塞模型的可行性及表现。方法:在数字减影血管造影仪下经家兔左颈外静脉插管,注入兔自体血凝块,建立肺栓塞模型,栓塞前后分别作肺动脉造影和核素肺灌注显像检查,并处死动物以病理证实。结果:采用本方法成功建立9只肺栓塞模型,病理解剖证实大多数栓塞于肺动脉的第4级分支(段动脉)。肺动脉造影图像表现为肺动脉分支出现充盈缺损或截断改变,肺灌注显像表现为多发的呈肺段分布的放射性减低或缺损。结论:经家兔左颈外静脉插管注入自体血凝块的方法制备的急性肺栓塞模型具有较高临床价值。 Objective: To establish the rabbit models of acute pulmonary embolism with injection of autologous blood clots. Methods: Firstly, the autologous blood clots were made, secondly rabbits models of acute pulmonary thromboembolism were estabilished with transcatheter autologous blood clots injection via left jugular vein. DSA and radionuclide pulmonary perfusion imaging were performed respectively before and after pulmonary embolism of each rabbit. Then the rabbits were sarcrificed for pathology.Results:The rabbits models of acute pulmonary embolism were established successfully, most of the embolus in the level of the fourth degree branches of the pulmonary artery were shown. The intraluminal defect or no contrast medium in distant pulmonary arteries can be seen on the DSA. Multiple pulmonary segments peffusion defects were seen on pulmonary perfusion imaging. Conclusion: Acute of rabbits pulmonary embolism could be made and show high clinical value.
