摘要
用封闭群新西兰白兔60只,观察比较家兔EP性发热时血浆、脑脊液和不同脑区组织中cAMP的含量的变化。结果发现:家兔EP性发热时,下丘脑和脑脊液的cAMP含量明显升高,到达热限时,两者的cAMP含量增长同时受限,两者间的cAMP含量变化呈显著的正相关(r=0.985,P<0.01),而血浆、脑干及皮层cAMP含量无明显改变,据此。
ln order to study the mechanisms of EP fever limit and the sources of cAMP in CSF respond to ,EP fever, the expeiments were carried out with 60 rab- bits to observe the changes of cAMP contents in different regions of brain, tissue, CSF and plasma during EP fever. The results ,demonstrated that: (1) A significant increase of cAMP content in hypothalamus and CSF was induced by EP, but was limited by EP fever limit while tbere were no obvious changes of cAMP content in brain -stem, brain - cortex and plasma; (2) The response of cAMP in CSF, was apparently paralleled and correlated with that in hypothalamus , and the febrile reac- tion (r=0.985, P<0.01; r=0.999, p<0,.00l) Authors dedueed from the above: The increase of cAMP content in CSF was mainly come from that of hypothalamus: The limit of cAMP increase in hypothalamus might be an important contributing factor in fever limit of EP, ,
