摘要
[目的]探讨我市福氏志贺菌的药物敏感性特点。[方法]采用WHO推荐的K-B琼脂纸片扩散法进行,结果判定依照美国临床实验室标准委员会(CLSI/)2006版方法手册进行。[结果]91株菌均对头孢唑啉、头孢噻肟、妥布霉素、多粘菌素B、呋喃妥因100.0%敏感,对诺氟沙星的敏感率在98.9%以上,对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、萘啶酸、复方新诺明、四环素、氯霉素的耐药率在80%以上。[结论]临床用药可参考使用头孢唑啉、头孢噻肟、妥布霉素、多粘菌素B、呋喃妥因、诺氟沙星类抗生素。
[Objectives] To explore the sensitivity to drugs of Shigella Flexneri in Jiyuan City. [Methods] Kirby-Bauer method recommended by WHO was applied and the results were determined with CLSI of USA published in 2006. [ Results ] All the 91 strains were sensitive to Cefazolin, Cefotaxime, Tobramycin, Polymyxin B, Berkfurin. The sensitive rate to Norfloxacin was 98.9% and the resistent rate to Amoxicillin, Ampicillin, Nalidixic Acid, TMP-SMZ, Tetracycline and chloromycetin were all above 80%, [Conclusion] Cefazolin, Cefotaxime, Tobramycin, Polymyxin B, Berkfurin can be used for treatment of the disease.
