摘要
目的观察吸烟对动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法60例高血压病患者,分为吸烟组和对照组,利用二维超声测量双侧颈总脉内膜-中层厚度及斑块数目。结果吸烟组与对照组比较,颈动脉内膜-中层厚度有显著性差异(P<0.01)。斑块数目较对照组增多,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论吸烟可使颈动脉内膜-中层厚度增厚,导致动脉粥样硬化。
Objective To observe the affection of smoking on atherosclerosis. Methods The research objects were divided into two groups,smoking group and control group in 60 cases, intima - media thickness and the numbers of plaques were measured in both sides of common carotid arteries by gray - scale imaging. Results There was significant difference between smoking group and control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The numbers of plaques in the group of smoking was much more than those of the group of control（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Smoking enlarge intima - media thickness of common carotid arteries and result in progression of atherosclerosis.
