摘要
针对多平行轴斜齿轮转子系统的传动特点,深入研究了多转子系统弯扭耦合振动分析的整体传递矩阵法,导出了弯扭耦合振动分析的斜齿轮耦合单元的传递矩阵。使用本文的方法对某航空发动机启动系统的弯扭耦合振动进行了分析和计算。结果表明,斜齿轮啮合效应对转子弯扭耦合振动有明显影响。
In multi-stage gear-rotor system, the whole transmission matrix method for coupled bending-torsional vibration analysis was introduced and the transmission matrix of helical gear-coupled unit by considering the bending-torsional coupling was derived. Coupled bending-torsional vibration of an aero-engine starting transmission system was analyzed by the method. The results of the study indicate that the effect of helical gear engagement on the coupled bending-torsional vibration is apparent.
