摘要
力图克服外文学术图书评价与图书馆外文文献资源采访中一般采用的专家推荐、出版社推荐等做法中存在的主观及人为因素,采用数据分析与数据挖掘方法,筛选学术图书的核心作者、核心出版社、核心机构等评价指标,同时通过特尔非法确定并分配相应的权重,构建出具有普适意义的科学客观的外文学术图书模糊综合评价模型与采访模型。
This research attempts to overcome the subjective and human factors in the evaluation of foreign academic books and library foreign document resources purchasing by selecting the evaluation indexes, such as core authors, core publishing houses and core institutions through data analysis and data mining methods. At the same time, it use the Delphi method to determine and distribute the related weights, so as to construct a foreign academic books fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and purchasing model which has the universal significances.
