摘要
利用正交小波基将齿轮箱故障振动信号变换到时间尺度域,对高频段尺度域的小波系数进行包络细化谱分析,不仅能检测到齿轮箱内部故障的存在,而且能有效地识别故障模式,说明了正交小波分析是信号检测淹没于非平稳信号中瞬时信号的有力工具.结合实例,从小波故障特征提取来说明小波变换的有效性.
The orthogonal bases of wavelet are used to translate vibration signal of gearbox into time-scale representation. By making an envelope spectrum analysis of wavelet coefficients for the high scales to represent the high frequency signal, the fault in gearbox can be detected and the fault pattern can be identified validly. Combined with actual examples, it is shown that the method can reflect the case of the mechanical defect effectively.
