摘要
针对评价准则权重信息不完全的群体多准则决策问题,首先利用方案满意度模型,对备选方案集中的每一个方案建立以最大化该方案满意度为目标的线性规划模型,得到一组权重向量,然后利用群决策中的相关集结方法将这组权重向量进行集结,得到对每个方案都公平公正的一个权重向量,利用该权重向量和加权平均模型得到方案的综合评价值,从而对方案进行优劣排序.最后,通过员工绩效评价的例子对本文提出的方法进行了说明.
In order to the difficulty that in multi-criterion decision-making there is not enough information of the weights of criteria,the linear programming models of every plans in alternative plan set are established using plan satisfactory degree model,and the objectives of these linear programming models are all to make the satisfactory degrees of the plans maximize.So a set of weight vectors are got by solving the linear programming models.Then the set of weight vectors are aggregated by using the corresponding model in group decision-making,so a weight vector is obtained which is equitable to every plans.The comprehensive valuations can be gained using the equitable weight vector and the weighted average model,and then the plans can be ordered.At last,the method in this paper is illustrated by a case of employer performance assessment.
