摘要
高校实验设备共享平台的正常运行与健康发展需构建设备汇交、运行维护、经费投入、有偿使用、人员激励与约束、信息互动和时间预约等基础性管理机制。各基础性管理机制应从多层面上实行协调运行。为此,需要采取平台联网、制定核心管理制度以及推进内部改革和政策配套等关键对策。
The normal operation and healthy development of Sharing Platform of experimental equipment at university needs to construct some basic management mechanism including equipment interjunction, operation maintenance, outlay using, paid use, staff inspiration and regulation, information interaction and appointment making, etc. Each basic management mechanism should operate harmoniously in respective area. Therefore, to take critical means as platform intercormection, .establish core management system and prompt inner reform and supported policies are necessary.
