摘要
卫生资源配置不合理是我国卫生事业发展中的突出问题。结合广州市的相关资料对广州市卫生资源的配置状况进行了合理性分析,认为广州市卫生资源总量不断增加,部分资源不断整合,但是进一步研究发现,广州市卫生资源在公平性与利用率等方面依然存在不足。为解决这些问题,需要加大区域卫生规划力度,进一步发展社区卫生服务,实行全行业管理,政府加大对卫生事业的投入。
Inappropriate distribution of medical and health resources is an outstanding problem in the development of China＇s public health project. This paper analyzes the appropriateness in the distribution of medical and health resources in the city of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. The analysis shows that while the sum total of Guangzhou＇ s medical and health resources has been on the increase and some sections of the resources have been integrated, problems still exists in terms of fair and ration distribution and effective utilization. The paper goes on to propose that regional distribution planning of medical and health resources be improved, that communities＇ medical and health service be further developed, that over all management of medical and health service be implemented, and that the government increase its financial support for medical and health service.
