摘要
雪果莲的主要化学成分为酚酸类、类黄酮、萜类、挥发油、果糖寡聚体等化合物及多种微量元素,具有降血糖,降血脂,抑菌等药理活性,是具有开发价值的药用植物。现将雪莲果化学成分及药理作用的研究进展作一综述。
This is a latest review of the chemical constituents and pharmacological action of Smallanthus sonchifolius (Yacon). The main constituents of yacon are phenolic acids, flavonoids, terpenoids, essential oils, fructooligosaccharides and oligoelements. Some of these constituents possess the activities of lowering blood sugars and lipids, bacteriostasis and so on, so yacon has a commercial exploitation value.
