摘要
对天×甘F1代马鹿生长发育及产茸性能的研究结果表明:天×甘F1代的体质量、体高、体斜长、胸宽、胸深、胸围、颈长、尻宽与甘肃马鹿有显著或极显著差异。2岁天×甘F1代公鹿的体质量、体高和体斜长分别达到甘肃成年公马鹿体质量、体高和体斜长的61.75%、92.58%和87.19%,同比甘肃公马鹿分别增长了3.09、5.53、3.84个百分点;2岁杂种母马鹿的体质量、体高和体斜长分别达到甘肃成年母马鹿体质量、体高和体斜长的70.56%、98.62%、93.53%,同比甘肃母马鹿增长了2.43、6.28、3.58个百分点。杂种公鹿初角茸鲜质量(0.42±0.12 kg)以及二杠茸鲜茸质量(1.52±0.65 kg)均极显著大于甘肃马鹿(p<0.01),杂种鹿初角茸和二杠茸鲜茸称质量分别比纯种甘肃马鹿多0.16 kg和0.59 kg,分别增长了61.54%和63.44%。
The research of the growth-development and antler producing performance of Tianshan Wapiti X Gansu Wapiti F1 has done. The results showed: body weight, height, diagonal length, chest width, chest depth, chest circumference, neck length and thud width of Tianshan Wapiti× Gansu Wapiti F1 compared with Gansu Wapiti, they were significant or extremely significant difference. The body weight, height and diagonal length of 2 years old hybrid male wapiti were 61.75%, 92. 58% and 87.19% of adult male Gansu Wapiti, they were by 3.09%, 5.53%, 3.84% respectively higher than the same age Gansu Wapiti. The body weight, height and diagonal length of 2 years old hybrid female Wapiti were 70.56 %, 98. 62 % and 93.53 of adult female Ganau Wapiti, compared with the same age Gansu Wapiti, they were increased by 2.43,6. 28 and 3. 58 percentages, respectively. The weight of fresh primary antler(0.42±0.12 kg)and two-branch-antlers(1.52±0.65 kg)of hybrid were extremely significant higher than Gansu Wapiti(p〈0.01), compared with pure breed Gansu Wapiti, they were more than 0. 16 kg and 0.59 kg, increased 61.54% and 63.44% ,respectively.
