摘要
对白灵菇胞外多糖的发酵条件进行了优化筛选,结果表明,白灵菇液体菌种最适培养条件为:培养基为葡萄糖2.0%,玉米粉2.0%,酵母粉0.3%,黄豆粉1.5%,磷酸二氢钾0.2%,硫酸镁0.15%,硫酸钙0.2%,ZnSO40.002%;摇瓶装液量100ml,接种量10%,起始pH为6.5,摇瓶转速160r/min。
The production conditions of exopolysaccharide from Pleutrotus ferulae were studied in this pa per. The results after the orthogonal experiment indicated that the optimal composition of the medium： glucose 2.0%, corn powder 2.0%, yeast extract 0.3%, wheat bran 1.5%, KH2PO4 0.2%, MgSO4·7H2O 0.15%, CaSO4 0.2%, ZnSO4 0. 002% and the optimal culture conditions： Shaking rate 150r/min, initial pH6.5, inoculation rate 10%, volume 100mL/250mL.
