摘要
目的:总结外伤性牙脱位再植的治疗经验,评价再植牙存留时间和牙离体时间的关系。方法:将脱位牙用抗生素溶液浸泡和清洁处理,同时实施拔髓和根管充填,对牙槽窝作预备后立即实施牙再植后再行夹板固定。结果:43颗再植牙中62.8%存留3年以上,27.9%存留1～2年,9.30%存留1年以内。离体超过24小时的脱位牙再植均失败,离体不超过12小时的脱位牙再植多数成功。结论:决定脱位牙再植成功的关键是缩短脱位牙的离体时间。
Objective To sum up the treatment experience of luxation injuries to teeth and evaluate the relationship between the retained time after replatation and time in vitro after luxation. Methods Teeth luxation were cleared up and immersed in antibiotics solution and pulpectomy and root canal therapy was undergone. The replantation and fixation of tooth was immediately performed after alveolus prepared. Results 62.8% of the luxated teeth were retained for more than 3 years,27.9% for 1 to 2 years and 9.30% for less than 1 year. Totally failure occurred in all the teeth with time in vitro more than 24 hours and majority of the teeth with time in vitro less than 12 hours resulted in success .Conclusion The most important factor that determines success of luxated teeth is to reduce the time in vitro.
