Influence of Flood Diversion of Wusong River on Flood Control and Waterlogging Prevention in Shanghai and Its Countermeasures

摘要 该文采用GIS技术、数据库技术,建立了上海浦西地区基于数字河网的苏州河水系河网水动力模型,通过拓展河网水量模型的模块,提高基础资料处理和汇流模拟的精度,以及细化排水系统排水、圩区与区域河网排涝的模拟计算,提高了模型模拟计算的精度。应用该模型研究了东太湖吴淞江分洪对苏州河及其以北地区嘉宝北片防洪除涝安全的影响及其对策措施。 Using GIS technique and data bank technique,the article sets up the Suzhou River hy- drographical net water dynamic model of Shanghai Puxi based on the numerical river net.Through developing the module of the river water flow model,it is to enhance the accuracy of the basic data processing and collecting simulation,to detail the simulated calculation of the drainage system to drainage,the dyke area and the regional river net to drain waterlogging,to enhance accuracy of the model simulated calculation.The application of this model researches the influence of the flood di- version of Wusong River from Dongtai Lake on the safety of flood control and waterlogging prevention of Suzhou River and Jiabao North Area to the north of Suzhou River,and its countermeasures.
