摘要
笔者对纤维板生产中的重要工序——木片热磨的过程及机理进行深入分析,试图用多重蒙特卡罗方法对木片在两个磨盘间形成工作区内的工况进行模拟。引入了加权的“虚拟木片单元”的概念,且基于时间驱动,模拟过程中保持虚拟木片单元数目和计算区域体积不变,可以全面的模拟木片热磨过程中木片的分离状况。通过对影响热磨机磨削纤维的参数进行分析和模拟,可得出更加合理的切削参数,提高纤维的质量,降低纤维加工的能耗,从而提高我国纤维板生产的质量,降低成本,增强我国MDF和造纸的国际竞争力。
The process and mechanism of defibration, an important work procedure in fiberboard production have been throughly analyzing, and an attempt has been made using multiply Monto Carlo A- rithmetic to simulate the working condition of wood chip between disks in defibrator. With introduction of the concept of virtual wood chip unit and on the basis of time-driven and constant number of virtual wood chip units and constant volume of computing district, the working condition of wood chip in defibrator can be roundly simulated. Through analyzing and simulating the parameters influencing wood chip defibration, the reasonable cutting parameters can be obtained,the quality of fiber produced can be improved and unit energy consume can be reduced.
