白介素-23作为新发现的白介素-12家族细胞因子,由白介素-12p40及特有的p19异二聚体构成,其受体由白介素-12Rβ1和白介素-23R组成,在抗肿瘤、抗感染及自身免疫性疾病中起作用。白介素-23在银屑病皮损中表达升高,并通过诱导朗格汉斯细胞增加、促进记忆T细胞产生γ干扰素和白介素-23/白介素-17轴促进了银屑病的发生发展。
IL-23, a new cytokine of IL-12 family, is a heterodimer composing a unique subunit p 19 and a common subunit p40 ( shared with IL-12 ). Its receptor is composed of IL-1213 1 and IL-23R. It plays important roles in anti-tumor and anti-infection immunity and autoimmune diseases. It is highly expressed in psoriatic lesions, and promotes the development and progress of psoriasis, likely by inducing the increase of Langhans' cells count and secretion of IFN-γ by memory T cells, as well as by IL-23/IL-17 axis. It may provide a new target for treatment of psoriasis.
