摘要
本文从语言使用的互动本质出发,探讨与外语学习语境有关的变量,引入人际互动、语层互动、直接语境、间接语境、真实语境、互动量等关键概念。在阐释这些概念的基础上,论述了互动在外语学习和使用上的核心作用,认为最佳外语学习语境是在语境中与本族语人互动。
The ability to use a foreign language depends largely on whether the language is learned in an appropriate context.This paper makes an attempt to study the variables relating to the context of foreign language learning by introducing such crucial notions as interpersonal/linguistic interaction,direct/indirect context,authentic context and interaction load.Having properly defined these notions,the author sets out to answer the question as to what constitutes the optimum context for foreign language learning.
