摘要
水泥浆硬化后环空水泥石的体积收缩会形成微缝隙导致层间窜流,严重影响界面的胶结质量。为了有效解决窜流问题,研制了新型膨胀剂BCP-200S。该膨胀剂可以抵消水泥硬化后的体积收缩,改善界面胶结性能,同时通过改善水泥石内孔结构降低水泥石渗透率。该膨胀剂还对水泥浆的其它性能没有不良影响,对水泥石强度也具有一定的改善作用。
Cement shrinkage after setting will influence the bonding quality between casing and cement, resulting in multilayer channeling. In order to solve channeling effectively, the new sweller BCP- 200S was developed, which can compensate the cement shrinkage after setting, improve bonding quality and decrease the permeability of set cement by improving the set cement structure. This sweller has no negative impacts on other cement slurry and improve the strength of the set cement.
