摘要
目的了解早产对青春期学生智力发育的影响,为采取相应的干预措施提供依据。方法以问卷调查的方式对蚌埠市4所中学的初一和初二年级学生3559名进行筛查,共筛查出早产儿257名。根据父母知情同意的原则,确定99例早产儿为病例组;再按同性别、同年级、同年龄(相差不超过0.5岁)、父母文化程度和职业相似及父母知情同意的原则,选取99名足月产儿为对照组。采用中国韦氏儿童智力量表(C-WISC)进行智力测试。结果早产儿在初中阶段的言语智商、操作智商和总智商分别为106.39±13.27,105.34±14.16,1056.56±13.70,对照组分别为112.06±13.23,112.48±16.19,113.71±14.28,早产儿显著低于足月产儿(P值均<0.01)。结论早产对智力发育的不利影响会持续到青春期,社会和家庭应积极采取措施预防早产的发生。
Objective To examine the influence of preterm on intelligence development of adolescents, and to provide bases for the intervention measures. Methods The suvey was conducted among 3 559 students of grade 7 and 8 in 4 junior middle schools with a self-designed questionnaire completed by parents. There were 257 children born preterm. After getting their parents' consent, 99 children born preterm were selected and 99 controls were matched according to the same sex, grade, and age ( the discrepancy less than 0.5 year) and similar educational background and occupations od parents to the cases. The intelligence quotients(IQ) of subjects were assessed with C - WISC. Results Students born preterm scored 106.39± 13.27, 105.34±14.16 and 106.56± 13.70 in the VIQ, PIQ and FIQ , while the controls scored 112.06±13.23, 112.48±16.19 and 113.71 ± 14.28 respectively( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The influences of premature birth on the intelligence can persist into adolescence. The social and family should take positive measures to prevent premature dlivery.
