电子机柜中印制电路板的模态分析及抗振设计 被引量:6

摘要 针对在机箱中因振动而损坏的印制电路板进行模态分析,通过ANSYS有限元软件建立印制板的有限元模型,计算出其模态参数。根据模态分析结果,从提高印制板的动刚度和固有频率出发,对该印制板进行抗振设计。 The PCB (Printed Circuit Board) in the electronic-cabinet was usually destroyed for vibration,so we made mode analysis and used the analysis software ANSYS to set up the model of PCB, and then got the mode parameters. Based on these analysis results,via enhancing its dynamic stiffness and natural frequency,the antivibration design can be made.
