12例ANCA相关性小血管炎肺部影像学分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的分析抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)相关性小血管炎肺部表现的临床及影像学特点,总结其诊断及鉴别诊断的要点。方法对2001年10月至2006年3月在我院住院治疗经实验室检测ANCA均为阳性的12例患者的肺部表现的诊断过程进行分析,并总结其临床及影像学特点。结果12例患者均确诊为ANCA相关性小血管炎,表现为多系统多脏器损害,其肺部损害临床以发热、咳嗽、咯血及呼吸困难为主要表现,X线主要表现为双肺野弥漫性点片状或斑片状阴影。结论肺是ANCA相关性小血管炎最常累及的脏器之一,其肺部影像学表现并无特异性改变,对有肺受累的多系统损害的患者,要考虑到本病的可能。
