摘要
对各种原位合成技术的方法特征作了简要介绍,这些原位合成技术包括:原位热压技术、XD技术、CVD技术、DIMOX技术、熔体浸渍技术、反应结合技术及SHS技术等。
This paper briefly reviewed the characteristics of several in-situ techniques
for materials synthesis,including in-situ hot pressing,XD,CVD,DIMOX ,melt infiltration,reac-tion bonding and SHS.
