摘要
国际、国内形势的发展变化,使高校学生工作面临新挑战,高职高专教育的特殊性,对高职高专学生工作提出新要求。高职高专学生工作队伍建设比较薄弱,队伍现状存在诸多不足,已不能适应新形势下高职高专学生工作的需要。着眼长远,建设一支职业化、专业化、专家化的学生工作队伍,是加强高职高专学生工作队伍建设的途径。
With the development of national and international situation, work on students＇ in colleges and universities faces new chanlenges and new demands should be met in the work. A weak construction of working contingent can＇ t meet demands of the new condition, the paper suggests that the only way to strengthen the construction of it is to build up a professional, vocational contingent.
