摘要
通过对某冰片滑落式冰蓄冷空调系统运行的分析及研究,表明在影响制冷机COP值的两大因素——蒸发温度和冷凝温度中,蒸发温度占主导地位,要提高制冷机运行的COP值应当首先考虑提高制冷机的蒸发温度.冰片滑落式冰蓄冷机组较其他的冰蓄冷形式相比,制冰时蒸发温度较高,制冷机的COP值高于其他的冰蓄冷形式,是值得推广的一种冰蓄冷形式.而对于该冰片滑落式冰蓄冷机组,当晚上开足片冰机制冰,所得冷量仍然无法满足翌日外界需求时,首先应考虑在14∶00~17∶00开机进行联合供冷,并且尽量避免在中午和晚上等一些片冰机的COP值比较低的时段开机制冷.
Some researches in an ice harvester machine are made which indicate that the evaporating temperature is the most significant factor which influence the COP (Coefficient of Performance) of a refrigeration compressor while both the evaporating temperature and the condensing temperature are two main factors. Compared to the other ice-storage systems, the evaporating temperature of the ice harvester machine is comparatively higher. So the ice harvester machine is a new ice-storage system in China that is worthy of spreading. Also, according to this ice harvester system, if the cold accumulation in the storagetank can not satisfy the cooling load next day and the system needs the ice harvester machine to supply cooling capacity with the storage pool together, the machine should be turned on between 14:00 to 17:00 first. If it still cannot satisfy the cooling load, the machine should be avoid openning in the mid-day and evening as possible.
