磁共振胰胆管成像:屏气HASTE厚层采集与呼吸导航TSE三维薄层采集比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较两种磁共振胰胆管成像技术屏气HASTE厚层采集法与呼吸导航TSE三维薄层采集法的优劣。方法回顾性分析59例患者常规扫描图像及MRCP图像,对两种MRCP序列的图像质量、显示胰胆管的解剖结构及病变的能力进行比较。结果59例中有52例确诊为胰胆系病变,7例为正常,两种序列获得的图像质量无明显差别(z=-0.388,p=0.698),对胆系各解剖结构显示无明显差别(p>0.05)。HASTE图像对病变显示优于3DTSEMIP(z=-1.999,p=0.046);3DMIP结合原始图像对病变显示优于HASTE图像(z=-3.787,p=0.000)。结论呼吸导航TSE三维薄层采集序列可作为MRCP检查的首选序列。 Objective To compare breath-hold thick slab HASTEsequence MRCPwith breath navigatot 3D thin slice TSEsequence MRCP in visualization of biliary and pancreatic system and detection of lesion. Methods Fivty-nine patients suspection of biliary and pancreatic diseases underwent MRCPwith both breath-hold thick slab HASTEsequence and breath navigator 3D thin slice TES squence..the ability of the two sequence in visualization of choloangiopancreatic system and detection of lesion was retrospectively analysiaed. Results choloangiopancreatic disease were identified in 52 patients. High quality imagies were obtained with both techniques and all images could be used for diagnosis.Image quality of breath-hold thick slab HASTE squence was slightly higher than that of breath navigator 3D thin slice TSE sequence,the difference was not staticstical significant (Z=-0.388,P=0.698). There waas no statistical significant diffence between two techniques depictory for choloangiopancreatic system (P〉0.05).HASTEsequence was super to MIPof 3D TSEsequence in detection of lesion (Z=-l.999,P=0.046).wbile the ability of 3D TSE sequence combining MIP with primary imagesin detetion of lesion was higher than HASTE sequence(Z=-3.787,P--0.000). Conclusions Both breath hold HASTE sequence and breath navigator 3DTSE sequence can be used diagnosis of choloangiopancreatic disease,Because the latter is super in demonstration of lesion,ti is recommended for first line medality.
