摘要
目的通过与三级医院重组来提升二级医院的服务品质,提高护理人员的整体素质,拓展医疗市场。方法依托总院的资源、技术、管理、文化理念等,采用护理管理队伍的建设与培养、管理制度的建立与健全、管理模式与总院接轨、强化护理人员的"三基"训练等管理方式。结果护理质量、病人与医生对护理工作的满意度、医院的业务量等得到全面提升。结论二级医院与三级医院重组,既拓展了医疗市场,又进一步提升了二级医院的医疗服务水平,使病人在二级医院可以享受到三级医院的医疗服务。
Objective To improve the quality of nursing and diathesis of nursing staff,attract clients and broaden medical market of second - class hospital through the reconstruction of hospital with third - class hospital. Methods Based on the resources, techniques,management and culture of general hospital, the following measures were carried out, such as building up and training nursing administration teams, establishing and perfecting management regulations,integrating management mode with general hospital,intensifying the training of nurses＇ basic knowledge and techniques. Results This practice improved the quality of nursing,increased patients＇ and doctors＇ satisfaction and increased the number of patients obviously. Conclusion The hospital reconstruction with third - class hospital can not only broaden medical market,but also improve the level of medical service for second - class hospital,which can benefit for the client.
